BY INVITATION ONLY · LIVE · HALF-DAY · ZOOM
A Different Kind of Retirement Plan.
For the life you kept promising yourself.
You’ve been the most capable person in every room you’ve walked into.
This is the room where that’s irrelevant.
What that frees up is the actual work.
This is for women who don’t need hype. Just a mirror and a map.
A half-day on Zoom.
You leave with two things you couldn’t produce by circling the question alone.
By invitation only. I open a small number of these windows a year.
You worked. You led. You showed up in every room like it was yours to hold.
Now it’s time to plan the life.
You planned the money. You built the career. You held everyone together for longer than anyone knew. And the life you kept promising yourself is still there. Not buried. Not lost. Waiting.
You’ve been deferring yourself for a long time. Not because you had to. Because someone else always needed something first.
You default to performing. You know it. In a room, in a meeting, on a call with your own family. This session is built so there’s no one to perform for. No group to read. Nobody at a different stage of the work who needs managing. Just the question you’ve been circling, and someone who can see it clearly.
You produce your work in real time, in your own words. Nobody is watching you think.

“While I was navigating a heavy transition in an extremely dark place in life, Tammy reached out with an intuitively timed message reminding me that I am not alone. I still reach for those words on a regular basis when I need to find bravery or momentum. She possesses a distinct gift for seeing a person’s ultimate timeline and gently guiding them toward their most aligned outcome.”

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSION
You’ve been circling the question alone.
This is what happens when you finally put it in front of someone who can see it.
The session opens with 30 minutes spent establishing safety and explicitly removing the performance expectation before anything else begins.
You don’t have to earn your place here. You already have it.
From there, the Realignment Lens is applied to your specific situation through structured prompts.
Not a re-teach. A live working process applied to what you’re actually carrying.
Then the Carrying Audit. A written account of what you have been carrying, named plainly, in your own words. You are introduced to the framework here for the first time and you write your draft during the session, privately and silently.
No one sees it unless you choose to share it.
The session closes with you naming your single clearest direction. That feeds your Personal Direction Summary.
Â
What You Leave With
Two things. A named personal direction. A started Carrying Audit written in your own words.
You can’t produce either of those by thinking alone. The workshop is where they get made.
Twenty-four hours later, a Personal Direction Summary arrives in writing. For possibly the first time in your adult life, you don’t have to be the one who remembers. Someone is holding it for you.

“Tammy has been a positive influence in my life for many years. The courage that it took for her and her beloved wife to start a new life in Spain gave me the courage to realize that I’m not too old to start my life anew. Her attitude is a positive light that shines warmly and brightly.”

She’s been in the room you’re walking into.
She knows what it costs to stop performing and start inhabiting.
Tammy Green Mitchell has lived every version of the life these women are navigating. She went from the C-suite to founding and running her own company, then building it into something real and selling it. She rebuilt after a financial collapse most people don’t survive with their dignity intact. She raised a daughter through the freefall. She wrote a book about what it cost her to stop performing and start telling the truth.
Living Without Skin: Everything I Never Knew About Fierce Vulnerability won first place at the Chanticleer International Book Awards. It’s the kind of book that gets read twice.
At 57, she relocated to the coast of Spain with the love of her life. Not because she had everything figured out. Because she finally trusted what she already knew and stopped deferring the life she actually wanted.
She doesn’t guide this work from theory. She guides it from the other side of the question you’re still carrying.
She honors your past, your family, and the parts of you that worked so hard to get you here, while gently helping you trust what’s asking to emerge next. Growth doesn’t have to be harsh to be real. You don’t have to lose yourself to become more whole.
