PRIVATE · BY INVITATION ONLY · LIMITED TO EIGHT CLIENTS
This is not exploration.
This is integration.
The Integration is private advisory work for women who are done circling and ready to go all the way down. Six months or twelve. One advisor, one client, one relationship. Every session is private and nothing is recorded.
It begins with a fit confirmation call. Either party may decline.

WHAT THIS IS
You’ve built everything.
The question that remains is who you are when you’re not building.
That question has a home.
The Integration is a six or twelve-month private advisory relationship on Zoom with Tammy Green Mitchell. It begins with a fit confirmation call. Either party may decline. That is the first act of the realignment rather than a formality.
You’ve spent years being the most capable person in every room you’ve walked into. You’ve made the decisions, held the strategy, carried the weight that wasn’t always yours to carry. The external architecture of your life is either complete or nearly so. And something in you knows that the next chapter asks for something different from the last one.
You’re looking for a private, sustained relationship with someone who can see exactly what’s happening and name it without softening it. Someone who will tell you the truth about what she observes and stay in the room with you while you act on it.
That’s what this is.
“Tammy honors your past, your family, and the parts of you that worked so hard to get you here, while gently helping you trust what’s asking to emerge next. She reminds you that growth doesn’t have to be harsh to be real, and that you don’t have to lose yourself to become more whole.”

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
What you’ll discover is the truth
you’ve already been living.
It begins before the first session. In week one, the Accelerated Identity Audit establishes your baseline self-trust, your active pressure points, and your first realignment priorities. It starts producing immediately.
Across the engagement you’ll identify the specific places where you’ve been living as a version of yourself that stopped fitting years ago. In the quiet, precise way that a woman who has been paying attention to herself already suspects. You’ll name what you’ve been carrying that no one asked you to carry. You’ll locate the decisions you’ve been deferring and understand exactly why. You’ll find the difference between the life you’ve been managing and the life you’ve actually been wanting.
Six months is where the integration happens. It closes the distance between who you are and how you’re living. By the end of it you are inhabiting the version of yourself you’ve actually become.
Twelve months goes further. Once the integration is established, the focus shifts. You’re building forward from it, making the decisions about what the next chapter actually looks like, with your own discernment restored and operating.
Private sessions
Weighted to the beginning. Weekly through the first month, twice monthly through the second, monthly from there. Every session is private and nothing is recorded.
The Integration Canvas
Maps your specific identity structure and updates across the full engagement. Integration Milestones track real decisions made rather than feelings reported.
Between-session access
Defined at onboarding. When something surfaces on a Tuesday, it waits only as long as you want it to.
By invitation only. Limited to eight private clients at any time. The fit confirmation call is the only entry point.
WHAT CHANGES
You stop inhabiting
your life from the outside.
The distance between who you are and how you’re living closes across the engagement. You stop doing the internal management of being someone slightly to the left of yourself.
For a woman who has been managing that distance for years, the relief is physical. It changes how she sleeps and how she makes decisions. It changes how she shows up in the relationships that matter most to her.
ABOUT TAMMY
She’s living the outcome
she’s helping you build.
Tammy Green Mitchell has lived every version of the life these women are navigating. She went from the C-suite to founding and running her own company, then building it into something real and selling it. She rebuilt after a financial collapse most people fail to survive with their dignity intact. She raised a daughter through the freefall. She wrote a book about what it cost her to stop performing and start telling the truth.
Living Without Skin: Everything I Never Knew About Fierce Vulnerability won first place at the Chanticleer International Book Awards. It’s the kind of book that gets read twice.
At 57, she relocated to the coast of Spain with the love of her life. She finally trusted what she already knew and stopped deferring the life she actually wanted.
She is ahead by experience rather than by theory. The Integration is the room she sits in every day with women who are ready to stop performing and start inhabiting their own lives.
