ONGOING · BY ROUTING · A ROOM OF TEN
You stop carrying
the question alone.
Ten women. One room. Six months at a time.
One live session a month with me. A private group that holds ten and no more, where everyone stays anonymous. Between sessions, the room is the advisor.

WHAT THIS IS
A room that doesn’t ask you
to manage it.
You have tried other kinds of group work and found it exhausting. Not because the room was wrong, but because you ended up running it. You read who needed what. You made space. You left more tired than you arrived.
This room holds ten and everyone in it is anonymous. Titles stay outside. What is left is the actual question you walked in with.
I am in the room once a month. Between those sessions the women advise each other, which is the part most people underestimate until they have been in it. Ten women carrying the same kind of weight will read your situation faster than someone who has only studied it.
Women arrive at different points and leave at different points. The room simply continues.
“Tammy honors your past, your family, and the parts of you that worked so hard to get you here, while gently helping you trust what’s asking to emerge next. She reminds you that growth doesn’t have to be harsh to be real, and that you don’t have to lose yourself to become more whole.”

WHAT’S INCLUDED
The room once a month,
and the room in between.
Membership runs in six-month terms and renews unless you tell me otherwise. Ending it is a message to me rather than a process.
Seats open when someone leaves, so what governs entry is a seat rather than a launch date. The room is capped at ten at all times, and it runs without a curriculum. Women arrive at different points and the room absorbs them, which stays possible because it stays small.
The monthly session
One live session a month with me, on Zoom, with the whole room. Live only, and nothing is recorded. This is the part where the advisor is in the chair.
The room between
Between sessions the women advise one another inside a private group. Everyone stays anonymous, which is why what gets said in there tends to be true. Nine women who recognise your situation, available on a Tuesday.
The Fit Review
A private conversation about whether The Integration is your right next step. I open it when I see readiness, and only then. It stays a conversation, and it stays yours to decline.
Entry runs through the Diagnostic Session. The fit confirmation call is where that routing gets confirmed. Ten seats, and they open when they open.
WHO IT IS FOR
You have named the direction.
Now you keep hold of it.
You have completed the Diagnostic. You have a named direction and a Carrying Audit you have started. You are done exploring.
What you want now is somewhere to keep it. A standing session each month with the advisor who routed you here, and nine other women who will tell you the truth in between.
ABOUT TAMMY
She’s living the outcome
she’s helping you build.
Tammy Green Mitchell has lived every version of the life these women are navigating. She went from the C-suite to founding and running her own company, then building it into something real and selling it. She rebuilt after a financial collapse most people fail to survive with their dignity intact. She raised a daughter through the freefall. She wrote a book about what it cost her to stop performing and start telling the truth.
Living Without Skin: Everything I Never Knew About Fierce Vulnerability won first place at the Chanticleer International Book Awards. It’s the kind of book that gets read twice.
At 57, she relocated to the coast of Spain with the love of her life. She finally trusted what she already knew and stopped deferring the life she actually wanted.
She is ahead by experience rather than by theory. The Integration is the room she sits in every day with women who are ready to stop performing and start inhabiting their own lives.
